Kids Care Club
|
The Kids Care Club would like to thank The Lane School families for helping to make the Food Drive a success. We were able to completely fill two trucks from the Peoples Resource Center and the Englewood Food Network. Both organizations were amazed by the amount of donated food and were grateful for our assistance. Please click on the documents to the right to see the wonderful thank you notes we received!

Junior Great Books
|
Junior Great Books is a classical children’s literature program, for students in grades 2 through 5, will begin in January and end before spring break. In Junior Great Books, students will read and share their opinions and ideas in small groups. Junior Great books will help children develop reading, thinking, listening and speaking skills.
Parent volunteers will conduct this six-week program, which takes place once a week during lunch. For more information, contact Lena Theotikos by email in the link to the right.

Language at Lunch
|
SPANISH: Beginning the week of September 20th, students in grades K-4, can be a part of a Spanish language immersion program! This program is held during lunchtime once/week on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday based on your child's grade level. The cost for this 24 week program is $240. Please click on the notepad icon to the right for a description, schedule and enrollment form. Once the necessary paperwork is submitted, parents will receive an email to confirm enrollment. |
